How do I create a new mailbox?

This answer explains how to create a new mailbox and email address in the MyServerWorld control panel.

This article applies to Shared Hosting accounts.


To see all the email settings for your WebFusion shared hosting account you need to login to your MyServerWorld control panel (


Click My email from the main screen.


Click Add mailbox.


Pick an email address for the mailbox and enter a password. This will be needed to access the mailbox.

Tip: Passwords must be at least seven characters and contain at least one lower case letter, one upper case letter and one digit


Please Note: Your chosen password cannot be the same as your username, cannot be blank can cannot be 'password'


Click Create mailbox.
