Some Customers with databases on mysql-03 may experience database connectivity issues at present.
Our system engineers are aware of this and are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.

Customers are advised of the following changes to our operating hours for the forthcoming May Bank Holiday.
The following teams will operate on the hours as shown below.
Sales , Customer Accounts, Credit Control and Customer Relations Teams – Closed 5.30pm Friday 24th May and will re-open 9am Tuesday 28th May.
