We are pleased to inform those customers affected by this issue that this has now been resolved with connectivity restored to their emails.
We wish to thank our Customers for their patience during this time.
Our system administrators are continuing to look into this matter. We apologise for the inconvenience this is causing at this time.
Some Customers on our Hosted Exchange platform may currently experience connectivity issues when attempting to send or receive emails.
Our system engineers are aware of this and are working to resolve this as quickly as possible.
