To set up pop3 accounts, go to the 'Email > Pop3 Logins' section and select the domain name you wish to add this to and enter the username and password you wish to use.
Please note: that the username that you specify is not an email address, therefore it does not matter what you call this. You can call it blob1234, it is simply a username and does not refer to the email address.
