Why am I not receiving invoices from you?

This answer will explain why you may not be getting invoices.

All correspondence is sent electronically. Invoices are sent by email as .pdf attachments. Please ensure that your email address is current by logging into your control panel, and updating your contact information with us. If you do not have the option to update this information (Magic Moments accounts plus VPS and Shared Exchange customers), then please contact us via the "Ask a question" tab in the support area of our website confirming your customer number, domain name, full postal address and the new contact email.
