The mass email function in your Hosted Exchange control panel allows you to send an email to all of your users on your Hosted Exchange account.
To send mass emails, please do the following:

Go to https://admin.wf-exchange.com/ and enter the username and password provided in your Hosted Exchange welcome email, then click on the Log In button.

Click on the mass email option in the users box.

Select who you wish to send the email to and then fill out the rest of the details required.

Click on the send button.
The email will then be sent to the recipients specified.
