I have transfered my domain name away - why have I received an invoice?

Please be aware that tranferring your domain name away from webfusion is not a valid method of terminating your contract with webfusion as your hosting account/server will still be active. You will remain liable for all invoices raised on your account whether your service is active or not until you complete our cancellation process.
