What is the webfusion support site?
webfusion Support provides the answers to hundreds of frequently asked webfusion questions. It should be your first port of call whenever you have a problem or question relating to webfusion.
You can use the support site to find the answers to all your webfusion questions, brush up on your web knowledge, or submit a question directly to the webfusion support team.
How do I use the webfusion support site?
To use the site, simply type a question into the search box towards the top of this page and click on the "Search" button.
The system will find all the answers related to that question and display them in an ordered list.
If you can't find the answer to your question, click on "Ask a question".
Please note: In order to "Ask a question" you will need to be logged into your account.
How do I log into the site?
To search and browse the webfusion support site you do not need to log in. But you will need to log in if you want to ask us a question. Here's how:
Click on the Log in link, towards the top right of the webfusion Support page.
If you are a MyServerWorld.net customer, please log in using your usual username and password.
If you have an alternative product with us, in the first instance, you will need to create an account. Please click on the "Create account" button and provide the required information. This will then provide you with your webfusion support account username and password.
How do I submit a question?
Click on the "Ask a question" tab in the webfusion support site.
Type the subject of your question into the box provided.
Select a category for your question, e.g. "VPS"
Select your domain name. This will help us deal with your question faster.
Type your question into the box provided and add any relevant attachments.
Click on the "Next Step" button.
You will be presented with a selection of support articles that may answer your query, if they do not, please click on the "No" button. This will submit your query to our support team.
Your question will be submitted to our support team. You will receive an answer shortly. If you want to check the status of your question, just click on the "My Support" tab.
You will see all the questions you have sent to the webfusion support team, along with their status.
If you find that your query has been resolved but your incident is still open, please use the relevant "Close Issue" button.
If you need to update your query, please click on the relevant question and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Here you will see a "Message" box, type your update into the box and click on the "Update Message" button. Your update will then be submitted to our support team.
Click on the Ask a question tab in the Webfusion support site.
You will see all the questions you have sent to the Webfusion support team, along with their status. Click on the ticket you wish to re-open
Click on the Re-Open Ticket button.
Enter an update to the message and press the Update Message button to re-open your support ticket.
