This article applies to Webfusion servers running Plesk.
This article will explain how you can reset your Plesk password.
Please select the version of Plesk you are using below.
Open a Web browser (Internet explorer, Firefox or Safari) and type : https://[[ipaddress]]:8443/ into the address bar.
Click on the Forgot your password? link.
Type in your username and administartor email address and click on the OK button.
You will now be sent a new password to your administrator email address.
Type in your username and administartor email address and click on the Send button.
