This article applies to Backup products.
Important: Backups are only available with Dedicated Servers.
Please Note: Backups can only be scheduled using one of the Webfusion managed backup packages eg
Backup 1. FTP Backup users can not schedule their backups.
You can manage your FTP Backups via the Webfusion Control Panel.

From the main window, click the Servers tab at the top of the page.

Click the Backups link form the left hand menu.

You will be presented with a list of your existing Dedicated Servers. If you have yet to purchase a Backup solution for a
server the link to the far right will offer you the chance to Buy Backup. If Backups have already been activated a
Manage link will be displayed. Click this link.

You will now see details of your existing backup set-up. To activate Managed Backups ensure the Status drop-down box
indicates Active.

From the FTP Accounts section click the Manage Accounts link.

You can create new FTP accounts - up to your allotted quota - by completing the empty username and password boxes at the bottom of the screen then clicking the Add button.

To change a password on an existing account, over-write the details in the relevant Password box and click the Set password button.
Please Note: You will need to create a new account within your FTP client to utilise the FTP Backup system. You will need to connect with one of your FTP account logins to ftp-backup1.webfusion.co.uk.
