This article will explain how to create an auto responder through Parallels Plesk Panel.

Login to your Parallels Plesk Panel.

When in service provider view click Manage in Power User view next to the domain you wish to disable the email auto responder on.

Now you are in the Power User View click on the Mail tab.

Click on the E-mail Address link.

Under the Auto-Reply tab make sure the Switch on auto-reply tick box is unchecked then click the OK button.
