Please note: You will require an autodiscover record in your domains DNS settings.
Before you setup your mailbox on your iPhone, you will need to ensure that the user has been setup within the hosted exchange system and note the correct login details.

From your iPhone's home screen, click on the Settings icon.

Scroll down to the Mail, Contacts, Calendars menu.

On the next screen select the Microsoft Exchange option.

Now enter the details for your Hosted Exchange account into the Email, Username* and Password fields.
*Your Username will be your mailboxes email address eg. you@yourdomain.com

Press the Next button to complete the setup.
